🤩 We are looking for a passionate Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing audvice Marketing Team! This role reports directly to our CEO Sophie.
THE ROLE
- Expand our digital marketing and growth strategies by scaling and optimizing digital ad campaigns across multiple channels including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, as well as 3rd party affiliates and sponsored content (i.e newsletters and podcasts).
- Monitor metrics across every part of the the marketing funnel. You’ll set the strategy, analyze campaign data using, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools, and share learnings with the rest of the team.
- Collaborate with the content, product marketing and rest of the marketing team to execute content distribution strategies and campaigns
- Run experiment with different targeting, messaging geared towards improving conversion of landing pages, signup flows, etc.
- Data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels
- You identify user trends and intent to come up with recommendations for new content production. You ensure that content is optimized for SEO as well as aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Together with our Sales team, you analyse our user’s needs and competitive insights to derive global and local marketing tactics.
- Manage and maintain our Audvice website
- Developing partnerships to increase revenue potential
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing
- You have experience structuring, running, and evaluating growth experiments ideally at B2B SaaS companies
- You are data-driven and a highly analytical thinker and know how to turn analytics insights in to marketing actions
- You have advanced knowledge of digital channels, including Search (SEO, SEM), Display (Paid Social, YouTube, Affiliation) and CRM (Emailing + Audience segmentation)
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills and are very good in texting, phrasing and keeping things short and neat
- You have solid project management skills and good knowledge of agile ways of working and/or cross-functional setups
- You are goal-oriented and enjoy taking on responsibility and achieving results both independently and in collaboration with a team
